Heart to Heart Weekend Participant
It is very rare that you ever encounter such a talented woman who is so kind and willing to share her warmth and talent with others. My weekend with Lydia allowed me to take a deep look inside myself and to take a step out of the craziness of day to day life. She welcomed me into her home as if I were a longtime friend. Through her work I was able to find peace within myself and leave with a better sense of what I wanted in life. Returning to college was difficult after a wonderful weekend away but with Lydia's guidance I was able to maintain a sense of self and continue on my path of awareness and consciousness. Lydia is an absolute angel and I look forward to our next weekend together. I hope to plan a retreat with her every 6-9 months to bring myself back to center and to bask in Lydia's positive energy.
